CODF is constantly looking for opportunities to share experiences and support capacity building in areas surrounding public engagement and open dialogue. We are launching our workshops practice in 2017 and look forward to expanding the locations where we deliver workshops as well as the topics available. If your organization is interested in discussing the delivery of existing or customized capacity building, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Custom Workshops and Training
CODF offers private, customized workshops that allow organizations to learn collectively, even focusing on a specific project. This option allows for the provision of a customized training approach uniquely adapted to your organization's needs. We are happy to deliver training at your location or at one of our facilities.
Workshops can be tailored to small or large teams, around particular topics or focused on particular dialogue activities that your organization has.

The Foundations session will touch upon the overall engagement lifecycle including Values and Holism, Framework, Design, Evaluation, and Paths Forward. However, the bulk of the time will focused on the Framework section, helping participants to interpret their engagement activity against a common, smart, repeatable process that will help to determine the best structure for your dialogue.
